Fees

RPCNB is a service available to all members of RPCA. However, there are fees associated with the use of this service. Please see the current rates below. Fees are due 30 days from the receipt of the invoice. Fees not paid by the due date will result in followup contact.

If we cannot make contact and arrangements for paying fees, the car will be dropped from RPCNB and Umler. (We will make every effort to reach out before this point)

First Time Uploads:

Locomotives: $175
Passenger Cars: $110
Freight Cars: $140

Yearly Renewal Fee:

Yearly renewal is priced at $65 per car. Bulk discounts for renewals are available.
First 5 Cars: $65 / Car
Cars 6 – 10: $45 / Car
Cars 11 – 15: $30 / Car
Cars 16 and beyond: $15 / Car

Other Fees:

Inspection Entry: $60 per inspection uploaded, this includes ABT and Retro-Reflectivity.

Car Repair Billing

If you have a car registered under the RPCX reporting marks and the railroad makes a repair RPCNB will receive an invoice for that repair. RPCNB will verify that the repair makes sense and then reach out to the car owner to inform them a bill has been sent by the railroad.

RPCNB will then bill the actual cost + %5 of the railroad invoiced total to the car owner on file.
